We were brand new to the program before hurricane Irene hit. They were of great assistance with storm preparations and saved us from losing a car to the storm. During my years as Elementary School Principal at Arapahoe Charter School, Angie was the driving force for raising funds and creating high morale and school spirit. She served on the School Board and the PTO, and the school had one successful event after another. When the new band director was appointed to the staff, she organized a Jazz Festival at Minnesott Beach to raise funds for the music Program. When a hurricane hit Pamlico County and left several teachers with damaged homes, she helped with the production of a musical CD for sale with proceeds donated to the families in need. Angie Propst was the arranger for many fun events that resulted in happy children and parents, and valuable resources for the school. My band has entertained at several parties during the holidays in her home. Neighbors, friends and family were treated to dancing, delicious finger food, and oysters on the deck, and happy times together. Speaking from first hand knowledge, I can say that Angie will be the best Event Planner and Entertainment Consultant ever! BT

In the aftermath of Hurricane Irene the folks at Southern Hospitality surveyed the damage to our home and found that our hot water heater had floated away and our broken water line was gushing gallons of water. Because of their quick action we were saved even more damage not to mention a huge water bill. Every storm is different which means you can't really anticipate what the problems are going to be. Having protection in the form of people who check on things when you can't is great insurance. --J.K.
